Aromatherapy Level 1 will equip students with the knowledge to create their own blends of essential oils for therapeutic application in hair and skincare. Essential oils are non-oily aromatic liquids, occurring naturally in various parts of plants, herbs, flowers, fruits, woods and spices. Essential oils are well known for their therapeutic application in hair and skincare.

The Aromatherapy Level 1 course gives students the necessary skills to use essential oils as part of their daily lives both professionally and personally. Students are taught to identify the importance of the active ingredients in essential oils and the correct method of applying them for hair and skincare. We focus on building students consultation skills, teaching them how to successfully gather information needed in choosing the right oils to perform the service.
